Join our team of national approved professional skilled tradespeople, If you’re a qualified gas, heating, plumber or electrician professionals or engineer based in the UK, you can benefit from joining our national network of professionals.

  5. Whilst we can’t guarantee set levels of work, as an independent business you are free to decline any jobs we offer you.

How to join the CUBESER national network

 

 

Send us a copy of your qualifications for the works you under take.

Send us a copy of your diving licence for ID and customer safety.

Send us a copy of your public liability insurance £2 million or £5 million.

 

Accepting work from us

 

We ask that you only accept a job that we send to you if you can attend the property by the end of the following working day for general repairs and two hours for uncontrollable water leaks. If you are too busy to attend within this timeframe, we ask you to politely decline the job.

 

If you accept a job, you will receive a message on the app to read and agree to our terms and conditions before, you will then see your worksheet in the App to complete along with a brief description of the fault. You should then arrive to the site within the time-slot.

 

Completing a repair

 

Attend, diagnose the fault and carry out any repair or service works need to be signed to start work or you won’t be paid. If any further parts are required, call us to obtain authorisation for any additional costs and upload the details on the App.

 

Getting paid

 

We pride ourselves on paying promptly and aim to process and make payment to you within the start day of each week (Sunday) of completing works within 7 days from the week before.
