What are our rates?

 

 Gas, Heating, Plumbing, Electric, Air-Con, Pest Control Rates: 

 

08:00 – 15:00 £110 call out 15:00 – 20:00 £150 call out 20:00 – 22:00 £180 call out: including the first 60 minutes diagnostic works and service works minimum charge, followed by £180 per 60 minutes lot thereafter for diagnostic works, booked works, system in working order after works or quote to follow.

 

Capped at 3 hours so not over charged, our professional can stop works upon your request, all prices shown are excluding VAT that

will be added to the invoice after works are completed if required. 

 

Plus parts and materials used under £50 will be charged unless already ordered or supplied by customer

 

Parts and Materials

 

£0 - £50

 

If any parts and materials are need that costs more than £50 we will require you to authorise this over phone 1st before us ordering we

may require payment for the cost of the parts and materials in some cases.

 

Day rate booked works: £750 per day.

What are your opening hours?

Our emergency works opening hours are always open as of 24 | 7 days per week and our office hours are open between 11:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

 

 

Is our call centre UK based?

Yes, we only have a UK based call centre.

 

 

If I order for work to be carried out today, how soon does my work order start?

You can order work services today and get your works started the same day by checking and confirming your booking via App, Online or Phone.

 

 

Can I sign up today but choose a future date for my works to start?

Yes, no problem just select the day you want in our booking calendar.

 

 

I'm interested in signing up, can I speak to someone over the phone?

Sure you can call us or request a call back.

 

 

What if I order and request a professional skilled tradesperson to attend but I need to cancel a few moments later?

No problem, the easiest way is to cancel is to us our App and cancel your booking in the status section or simply give us a call, you won’t be charged for this.

 

 

Are repairs carried out by our own engineers?

Yes and No, we have both employed and sub-contracted professional skilled tradespeople that work with CUBESER.

 

 

Are CUBESER professional skilled tradespeople and engineers vetted and approved?

Yes, we only use professionals that are vetted for your safety and ours. You will also get the professionals ID Number Code that only he will know and show you on or off request.

 

 

Will CUBESER professional skilled tradespeople and engineers know my details?

No, we only give out your address you have supplied us with for us to attend to and will never give out your email address or phone number.

 

 

Can CUBESER professional skilled tradespeople and engineers take on work privately?

No, they are not aloud to take on work privately as should not ask you for your email address or phone number. We also don’t advise you give this out as you will be putting yourself at your own risk and any future work they do without us involved will not be monitored or have any guarantee.

 

 

What happens once I have ordered works to be done?

You will get a booking confirmation email or text that a professional skilled tradesperson is on their way to you.

 

 

How long is the guarantee and warranties on the work for?

After works have been completed you will get a standard 30 day guarantee on works by our professional skilled tradespeople and on parts. This can be extend depending on the service from 1 to 10 years. If the same issues arises within then we will come back out for free and sort the issue for you.

 

 

Is there a call-out fee if I book a repair?

No, we don’t charge a call out fee.

 

 

Can you send a paper copy of my works?

Yes, after works are completed you can request for a paper copy for yourself from our professional or by contacting our office that will be open between 11:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

 

 

My item is very old, will you still repair it? 

Yes, depending on if we can still obtain parts from manufactures will work alongside your item manufacture and go with their recommendations as a priority.

 

 

What happens if you cannot complete a repair?

In most cases we can complete a repair but some cases there are situations where we would advise it better and more cost effective if we install a new installation.

 

 

Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept all or most payment cards.

 

 

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, we accept cash that is from the BANK OF ENGLAND.

 

 

Can I pay by cheque?

No, we do not accept cheque as payable method to CUBESER Limited.

 

 

Can I pay by BACS?

Yes, you can our bank details will be on the booking confirmation and on the invoice.

 

 

Can I pay a deposit towards my works?

Yes, no problem in some cases we request a deposit for further works to be carried out.

 

 

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, depending on the situation we offer discounts.

 

 

If I book a repair, what are your average response times?

We can normally be with you in 30 - 90 minutes.

 

 

Do you cover my area?

Yes, we cover the UK you can confirm if with professionals in your area via checking What areas do we cover?

 

 

What types of property do you service?

We work on Domestic and Commercial properties including flats and mobile homes.

 

 

How do I update my details?

Simply call us or use our App and update your details in the settings.

 

 

30 Day Guarantee?

The 30 day guarantee means we guarantee your system to work for

as long as possible but if your system does not work within the

30 days of our visit we will return at no extra cost to carry out 

diagnostic works with your system in working or none working order

and we will quote to follow.

 

From our visit date, We are unable to make any refunds under the

30 day guarantee with your system left working
